1. Floor bridge
Floor bridge targets your hamstring and butt muscles. In order to perform this you have to lie on your back, knees bent and arms by your side. Next, lift your but off the floor by pressure on the heels. Hold for three seconds and do this multiple times.
2. Double Crunch
This type of crunch will focus on abs and legs muscles. In order to perform this you have to lie on the floor and put your arms at the back of your head. Next, lift your legs and arms at the same time. Do this multiple times.
